Yoga is an amazing practice that many people use to align themselves spiritually and physically. There is no debate on the benefits of yoga for physical therapy, exercise, fitness and mobility.
So what is Adventure Yoga?
National Adventure School has sought out expert Yoga instructors who are also highly experienced backpackers, endurance athletes, trail runners, and outdoorsman to come up with a yoga curriculum with hand picked exercises and poses specifically designed to prepare you for your adventures into the Mother Nature.
We have recruited 7 Yoga instructors who have agreed to team up and hand pick exercises and poses that will strengthen your balance, core, upper body strengthening and conditioning. The classes will be standardized across all locations to ensure you aren’t missing out, and you get the most benefit for your budget and time.
Currently we are still in the devlopment stages but when we are completed we will have up to 6 locations in San Diego County to ensure you don’t have to drive far or fight traffic. This ensures that everyone has access to this new and fun Yoga curriculum. The proposed locations are:
Downtown San Diego University Area/ East County Mira Mar Carlsbad Poway Ramona
